1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding SnapPoll to your Slack workspace or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

2. Subscription and Billing

SnapPoll provides a free tier and optional paid flat-workspace subscriptions ($19/month and $39/month). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in the Slack App Home tab.

3. Availability and Disclaimers

SnapPoll is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We maintain high availability standards on Google Cloud infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
